Buying a car over the web as I did with the Aston Martin relies totally on the description of the vehicle being accurate in every way , not least when one is travelling up from the South of England and going to the added hassle of arranging trains and hotels as I did .
Arriving at your showroom on the Saturday morning to find the car to be precisely everything you had described it to be and possibly even better , and that furthermore the car was presented perfectly and ready for me to drive away , in my book represents first class service , for which I would like to thank and congratulate you on .
